Shopping online can be a daunting experience when knowing what style to get that is the most flattering to your body type & personality. We want to make women feel like they can have a go-to style that will work every time- and we want you to find that with us!
While we do not process refunds, we are happy to do an exchanges (for store credit) on a number of our products. As a business who cares about customer care, we would rather be "stuck with something" we can try to resell at a discounted rate than have you "stuck with something" that you will never wear.
The return/exchange deadline for an item is 30 days upon USPS / UPS delivery date.

Please Include your name, order number, and email so we can easily look up your order.
- Items sent back for return must be received clean and unworn.
- Items must not arrive damaged, stained, smelling of smoke, etc.
- NOTE If you receive a broken, defective, or damaged item in your shipment, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can take care of you.
- Please include photo images of these items.
- In cases like these, you may or may not be required to send items back. If you are asked to return items, you will be provided a prepaid label.

- Any item marked "FINAL SALE" in the title or descriptionat the time of purchase
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE
- If our facility receives an item (or items) back to us that are not eligible for exchange, or do not meet the qualifications above, you will be contacted via email in order to pay an invoice for return shipping back to you.
- Your item(s) will be held in our possession until this invoice is paid in full. You will have 30 days from the date it is received back to us to pay the invoice. If the invoice is not completed within 30 days, your item will be donated - No exceptions.
Upon Sending Your Package Back
- Please maintain your tracking number for your exchange shipment so that you can track its progress and successful delivery back to our facility.
- We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail on their way back to our facility. You will not receive an email confirming that your package has been received.
- Once your exchange package has been processed, you will receive an email with your store credit that you can use immediately!
Once we receive your return package we will send you an email with store credit worth what you paid for the item(s). You can then use that store credit to order that same item in another size or a different item all together! Whichever you prefer.
- At this time, we do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
EXCHANGES ARE PROCESSED 1-2x PER WEEK. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE!
Order will go out within 1-2 business day unless otherwise noted. Packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS first class. If a quicker delivery window is needed or insurance is desired please contact us. Please reach out through a conversation with any questions or concerns. We look forward to having repeat buyers and want everyone to be happy with their items.

International Shipping is through USPS First Class. Any duty or customs fees you may incur are your responsibility. Cierra Lauren does not pay import fees to your country.For international shipping, please provide your phone number in the 'notes' section when you checkout. This will help your package arrive more smoothly.
